Search for specific device IP without auto-wildcarding

Currently, if a search is entered for e.g. 192.168.1.1, devices with IP 192.168.10, 192.168.168.11, etc are also returned. If the device ids are names only, it is unclear which device was the direct hit. Please provide a way to search for a specific IP address and only that IP address. Thank you.
