raw numbers for CSV reports

I was asked for a report of elapsed time since server reboots, so I used the metrics report to pull the necessary datapoint in CSV format.  I was quite dismayed to see those show up as <nnn>K or <nnn>M values rather than actual numbers.  Those versions might be OK in a PDF or HTML report, but CSV format is typically intended to manipulate the results and the undesired formatting makes it much more painful to do.  I should be able to do what I need via the API, but a simple option to not output the prettified values would be welcome.
