Parallels Cloud Server - SNMP

Support directed me to the forums as I have a custom install of parallels virtualization platform and I wish to monitor via LogicMonitor. They do not have any predefined datasources but I was wondering how I might enable custom monitoring? I have installed SNMP on the linux boxes and have all the config files but I'm not sure where to go from there.

All I needed was basic monitoring for CPU, Memory, and storage.
