Oracle Database Monitoring

Thanks Kerry! We're digging into the new sources now and they look very useful.

I know we just got these but I'll go ahead & submit my wish list for additional enhancements:

• Support for servers running more than one SID (as is, I have to modify all these to support a property listing multiple SIDs)
• Oracle ASM support
• Oracle RAC metrics

I have some DS that covers those features for Oracle, not officially supported, but work very well.  If you like I can get a copy of them just let me know.

Eddie, could I get a copy of these datasources as well? We're desperate for useful Oracle datasources.

It sounds like we're on the cusp of releasing some more in-depth official Oracle datasources - I don't have an official timeframe yet - but will send over the betas if you're interested.

@Kevin Ford (and everyone else watching the thread) - our Monitoring team just dropped the full new suite of Oracle monitoring into the core repository for accounts on v110.

You'll want to update your PropertySources first, and then grab these from the DataSource repository:
