Option to export all Alert Rules

An API method would also work. I have heard the API will be updated "soon" to include Alert Rules. There is already an Escalation Chain access method in the RPC API (https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/rpc-api-developers-guide/manage-escalation-chains/), but not in REST, and no Alert Rule access method in either (yet).
