Need to be able to alert on latency and packet loss from service monitors

I know we can monitor for ping failure from one of your external locations but it would be nice to be able to alert on packet loss and ping latency also.

We can do it form a collector but not from one of your external sources.

    We added this functionality a while ago. Hopefully you picked that up from the release notes or your account manager!
