Need help in carrier monitoring

Hi,

     I have an assignment for monitoring carrier information like Attempted Calls, Failed Calls, Connected Calls for each carrier. We need this on a graph along with the connection numbers. Any help & guidance will be of great help. Attaching our internal site details for your reference.
