Forum Discussion
I agree! Maybe we should go to Reddit! I created the subreddit a few months ago.(r/LogicMonitor)

Yep -- we've long ago identified this need, and are actively working on it.
Stay tuned....
Any update on this Matthew?

Hey Gary -
We're still cooking up the sauce that will facilitate this stuff. Specifically the new features will allow customers to "publish" custom datasources externally, and other customers to easily "import" those datasources without having to sling around XML. As part of this initiative, we're rolling our datasource versioning, authorship, and quality level as part of the datasource metadata. Lots of cool stuff coming.
Looking like the first rev of these new features will come out in v75 -- so probably a month or so from now. Once these features roll out we'll light-up the new datasource exchange forums.
This will be awesome! I have a few I'd like to contribute.
Hi Matthew,
You mentioned in April that it would be "a month or so from now" - is there any update to this?

HI Steph -
Apologies -- my crystal ball was a little hazy back in April. But at long last -- as of this week -- we've released the LogicModule Exchange. The LM Exchange features are summarized at:
https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/datasources/creating-managing-datasources/lm-exchange/
and you can review our LM Exchange customer forums -- where customers share their custom monitoring solutions -- at:
