Were an MSP using the product, there are roles and users. When creating your groups you create new host groups (these are your root folders per tenant), then when you create your roles you lock them down only to the host groups theyre allowed to see. This gives a unified management view for those that work for the MSP, plus delegated control for individual tenants. Dashboards, reports, etc are all locked to the hosts the single tenant is able to view.
