Mouse Scrolling in Widgets

I would like to see this changed.

It doesn't make much sense why we have to click on the horizontal scroll bar in the NOC widget to see data left and right.

We would like to be able to hover over the widget and just scroll down.

We have too many widgets to make them large, so we have them built with 1 row max to make it a list.

     I can understand that horizontal scroll is useful more to people with touchscreens.  It should be a widget configuration option to control if overflow is vertical or horizontal.
