Monitor web services from a collector

Posting on behalf of a customer:

There should be an ability to monitor web services from a customer\'s LM collector(s), as well/instead of from LM\'s sitemonitor locations.

(a) This would permit the monitoring of services only accessible to specific, customer, IP addresses or on customer internal LANs;

(b) This would produce a more accurate guide to user experience for web services used by customers from their sites but not necessarily by others from arbitrary locations globally.

The HTTP_page- datasource provides some of this functionality but means web service monitoring then spread between hosts and the Services tab, rather than being in one cohesive place; also alerts appear to come from the host on which the HTTP_Page- source instances are added, which can be confusing.

The ability to select collectors as well as sitemonitor locations when configuring services would resolve this.
