Manage Alerts API: is there a way to alter non-comment fields or add fields to an alert?

I was reading over http://help.logicmonitor.com/developers-guide/manage-alerts/ and I only noticed two web service method calls:

getAlertsconfirmAlerts

I was wondering if there was a way to alter the existing values (such as \'\'ackedBy\'\') or add other fields (a custom \'\'[some internal ID]\'\')?

If not, I am also wondering if there is a way to modify the ackComment value without actually acknowledging it.

We currently dont offer the ability to update the AckedBy field, although this will change when we introduce the ability to un-acknowledge an alert.rnYou can update the notes field associated with an Acknowledgement using the confirmAlerts RPC, with stopAlertEscalating set to false the note is added without acknowledging the alert. rnFor example: rnhttps://company.logicmonitor.com/santaba/rpc/confirmAlerts?ids=5679&eids=&bids=&sids=&comment=your+comment+here&stopAlertEscalating=falsernWed be happy to talk through your use case to make sure this can be implemented effectively.rn
