Login page broken for FF Password Manager

Hi,

Our company has started using LM.  The latest version of FF cannot recognize the username and password fields on the Login page.  Hence my secure password, which sucks if you need to type it is not saved in FF Password Manager.  In the years I have been using FF with their Password Manager this is the first login page I am unable to get the manager to populate the with username and password. 

Can you fix the login in page so it I'm not forced to remember another password.
