LogicModule Guide for Native XML & JSON Construction

I would love to get my devs more involved in creating LogicModules, and incorporating it into a pipeline.

Since LogicModules can be expressed in either pure XML or JSON, I would love to provide them documentation on the construction of LogicModules in these structured data formats natively.
