Http Integration API retries/Timeout setting

Hi,

We have Integrated LogicMonitor with BMC remedy but sometime LM creates multiple tickets in BMC (approx 25%) for some alerts due to BMC API response delay  > 5 sec. As there is no control available for end user to set specific retries and timeout value for Integration. Generally we can not control any integrated system response due to multiple factor therefore these setting should be available for end user to fine tune the integration based on their need.
