Finer Grained Report Scheduling

Hi,

I would like to see a bit finer grained ability to schedule reports. Specifically the ability to exclude certain days from daily reports and the ability to select a specific day of the week when dealing with monthly report scheduling. Example for the monthly would be generate every month on the 1st Monday or 1st Weekday.
