I would be interested in a filter that is the opposite of the behavior of the current filter. The current filter lets you use a tag to decide what should be monitored, but it would be useful to have the ability to specific tags for resources that should not be monitored. An "all in" approach is fine with me; that you choose if your filter specified is about matching or excluding and go from there. Of course, this should also apply to Azure also.
