external webcheck for domain with echo ICMP

Hi,

currently we use HTTP/HTTPS to verify webcheck, if they are up and is there any option we can enable monitoring for external webcheck for domain carrierinbound.na.livevox.com (sip) with echo ICMP and UDP problems would have to send us SIP OPTIONS messages. Could someone please help me on this.
