Enhanced Audit Logging

When a threshold is changed, a reason dialogue is presented. We would like to see:

• The reason dialog presented for more types of changes--device removal, alert disabled...
• The reason presented on the Settings > Audit Logs screen and Report
• The ability to filter and sort on the Settings > Audit Logs screen
