LogicMonitor supports monitoring Docker containers via the cAdvisor package. See http://www.logicmonitor.com/support/monitoring/applications-databases/docker/ for details.
If you can get by with a high-level overview of what's going on with your containers (e.g. cpu / ram / disk / network), going the cAdvisor route means you don't need to mess around SNMP.
