DNS Scavenging DataSource

I was able to find a technet article "How to Determine Which DNS Server(s) Have Scavenging Enabled Using PowerShell" which provided the script which works perfectly for what we are trying to do. 

However, I'm looking for the fast track on how to interpret my outputs into a Datapoint. 

1. What are you using to identify if DNS Scavenging is enabled?

2. Is this something of value or am I going down the wrong path?

Any input would be appreciated.
