DeviceMetricsTrendReport - summation value

I've created a DC+ report that calculates user session usedhours. We would need a summation to be one of the options on the report. It would calculate the hours that user has been using environment per month. Very specific request but it would do what customer asked and I think it would be somewhat easy to add as one of the options on the report?
