Datapoint alert threshold-Day of the week

Can i request to have the additional feature for datapoint alert threshold based on "Day of the week"?currently it is based on "Timeframe".Our company is using LM to monitor flight operation system file movement based on the folder "LAST UPDATE "time. however in certain case, Some of the path folder, the files weren't coming in a daily basis, it is only coming in once a week(etc every Tuesday, 5 AM). Due to there is no such feature to set the alert threshold currently.we are stuck with the file movement monitoring for this particular path folder. I would like to seek for ur advise  for this request, much-appreciated .thanks
