Dashboard Automatic Generation and/or Suggested Examples

With dashboards as powerful as they are you should really be showing them off more. Even if automatic generation is too much to ask for it would be nice to see a specific dashboard example page for nodes that are created. You\'d still have to manually create the dashboard but at least you\'d be headed in the right direction. E.g. You add in exchange servers and when you go to dashboards you\'d be directed to an example page that shows you the typically used dashboards for exchange environment. Database Latency, AD Latency, Replication, OWA response, etc.

    More sample dashboards would indeed be pretty neat.rnOr better yet, a portal or forum area to share dashboard examples! I would love to see what some of the more artistically inclined folks out there have done with design and color. After all, half of selling something proactive to a customer is the feel good. Visual candy could help our sales process a lot!

    Yes, yes and yes!

    Sample dashboards are coming very soon (example cool dashboards for VMware, Linux servers, Windows and collectors, at least initially.) 

    A specific datasource community is being built right now.

    Being able to exchange dashboards is interesting. Right now, you could start a thread in Ask the Community.

    If it's popular, we could promote it to a specific top level topic...
