ConnectWise 4th type of Alert

Hello,

Would it be possible to add another field under ConnectWise Priorities for something like "Informational"? You have Critical, Error and warning. It would be nice if there was a fourth called something like Informational. Even if it was down the road.

    The critical, error, and warning settings are the severity of the alert within LogicMonitor.  If we introduce an informational severity, this will be available as well.

    Are there alerts you are wanting to send to ConnectWise right now that don't include the correct information?
