Allow positional control of ALERT-ID in alert notification template

This would be helpful especially in the Subject-line. This also takes up premium space in text alerts. Many of our alert recipients initially view their messages by scanning through the subject lines only, the main information is missed because the alert-id is always at the beginning (which requires the recipient to open the message to better determine the gist of the alert). If this cannot be positionally controlled by the client, can it be moved to the end of subject-line? Perhaps it must be placed at the beginning to guarantee its existence when Reply is used?
