Allow Dashboard Slideshow in Fullscreen

We'd like to see the ability to run the dashboard slideshow while in full screen mode. This would allow for us to display the dashboards on our central monitoring display without the unnecessary header, footer and navigation.

Currently when you enter fullscreen mode while the slideshow is running it displays the current dashboard in fullscreen, but doesn't rotate to the next.
