Alert Delivery Audit

Please provide a method to browse what alerts have been sent and by which alert rule if possible.  When a client asks why they received an alert (or if one was sent) it is critical to be able to look up this information.

  • I have at times wished to have this information as well.

    A behind the scenes view of what triggered the alert, what rule, what escalation chain, etc. Much of this information can be gathered from the alert itself, but auditing is only available to the LogicMonitor support personnel.

    I will say that they are very helpful in providing this information if a support case or chat session is logged.
