We're currently working on improving webhook messages.  In an upcoming release, webhook acknowledgements will be able to use the same message that email acknowledgements notifications use - this should help, as email acknowledgements include the name of the user that acked the alert as well as the comment.  We'll work on getting the ack timestamp and SDT flag in there as well.
