Add Services to multiple Service Groups (like Devices can)

We'd like to be able to add a Service to more than one group just as you can do for Devices.

 

The use case is as follows:

We want to allow our clients access to see their services so need 1 group to contain their services (allows us to assign a Role to this group limiting their access).

We (internally) also want to group services logically by platform /product etc so we can see platform health rolled up at a glance so need the service to be added to a second group for that also.
