add a way to send an alert via email

In the alert view, it would be really handy if we had a way to click on a current alert and send it to an email address. I\'ll often browse throw the current list of alerts and if its something that should be worked on, I like to forward it into our ticketing system

    Wed actually like to see this idea of sharing in a few places in the application. Once we get through the initial UI overhaul, well start looking at ways to add additional email functionality.
