Ability to ignore some IPs in NetScan Policies, Docker Problem

It sounds like you are already excluding duplicate IPs, but are looking to exclude specific IPs/ranges as well. This can be done via the settings of your Netscan Policy under the ICMP Discovery Rules section, "Specify IP addresses to exclude...".
