Ability to have vCenter --> vm host alias names for vm hosts

As of now we have special names for our VM Hosts in Vcenter which we would like to rename in LM, to hide IP address in naming conventions etc.  We would like to have the ability to create alias for our vm hosts.  Is this possible?  And if not could someone at LM Engineering let me know if this feature could be added, I think it would be a great feature / addition.
