Ability to disable Alert ACK emails
It would be useful for small support groups to disable the Alert Acknowledgement emails, as these are mostly redundant if only one person is monitoring. The emails just become noisy spam.

I second this. I am the sole user of my LM account and dont need to be reminded that I just acknowledged something!
