Because LM is consistently working towards providing an exceptional experience for our customers, starting on April 30, 2025, we are streamlining our platform and will be removing access to the Websites, Reports, and Settings pages in our legacy UI.  The new UI will enhance performance and the overall user experience for our valued customers, while also strengthening security as well.

Action Required:
To minimize disruption to your workflows, by April 30, 2025, you will need to begin to use LM’s new UI for enhanced features and a more intuitive interface.

Note: The Dashboards and Resources pages within the legacy UI will continue to be available. Further communication regarding the future of these pages will be forthcoming.

Please see the Release Notes for additional details, and if you have questions or require assistance during this process, please contact our Support team or your Customer Success Manager.

Version 1.0
  • I have not talked to anyone who thinks the new interface is better than the old one.  This includes everyone at my company, everyone in the forums,  and all the Support people I've dealt with.  Was this new UI beta tested with actual users or was it just developed internally?  It's just so not good and we have tons of complaints about it.  Having it forced upon us when it still needs so much work really sucks.

Hi Kelemvor - I would love to set up some time to talk through your specific feedback & what complaints you have. While I agree the new UI transition has been painful, we have worked very hard to resolve bugs & performance issues, and you should not still be seeing these issues. Many complaints about the new UI came from an earlier period in the transition, and have long since been addressed. In addition, the new UI includes many new features you won't find in the older UI (like dashboard filtering, resource explorer, datapoint analysis, logs analysis, netflow sankey, DataSource level alert tuning, and more), so sticking to the older UI means you are not getting the best of LogicMonitor. Lastly, we are only have plans to force the following three pages, currently: Settings, Reports, Websites -- and thats because these pages are simpler, the adoption is high, and issues very few and far between. We know Dashboards & Resources are more complicated pages and we want you to feel comfortable before we remove the toggle -- again would love to chat about what you're seeing & what would make you feel comfortable with the new UI.
