A huge thank-you to everyone across AMER, APAC, and EMEA who joined us this quarter! Each region brought strong engagement, deep technical insights, and incredible community energy. Below are some highlights from each session.

🌎 AMER East User Group

🌟 MVP Spotlight: Devon Biancarelli-Milano

Devon delivered highly practical insights during the session, guiding discussions on custom datasource development, scripting patterns, and scaling LM across complex environments. His experience as a hands-on engineer helped contextualize best practices for the entire group.

Session Highlights

⭐ Expanded Sensor & Device Monitoring - users shared creative implementations, from water sensors to cameras, to discuss when ping checks make sense versus datasource-driven workflows.

⭐ Scripting & Custom Datasources

  • PowerShell timeouts vs. Groovy flexibility
  • Structuring reusable logic
  • Building scalable checks for larger environments

⭐ Webhook Workflows - attendees discussed using webhooks to reduce polling overhead by triggering updates only when changes occur.

⭐ Dynamic Group Automation - participants shared how they automate AD credential assignments, SDT-aligned patch groups, and large-scale governance through dynamic logic.

⭐ Outage Detection - exploring how LM surfaces external service disruptions (like Cloudflare outages) through probes and service-level checks.

🌍 EMEA User Group

🌟 MVP Spotlight: Ed Jackson

Ed delivered a standout customer story detailing how his company leverages LogicMonitor to run large-scale MSP operations with thousands of monitored devices, rich CMDB integration, and customer-facing insights.

Session Highlights

⭐ Observability Blueprint -  Ed outlined how his team monitors thousands of devices, enriches their CMDB with clean metadata, and uses LM to power services like One Insight and Service Insights. His structured workflows and governance practices strongly resonated with attendees.

⭐ Data Governance & CMDB Accuracy - expanded on maintaining consistent, automation-ready data—covering taxonomy standards, reconciliation workflows, metadata alignment, and how AI-assisted correlation supports (but doesn’t replace) human oversight.

⭐ Operational Best Practices - the group shared techniques for standardized tagging, reducing alert noise, streamlining onboarding for new business units, and using metadata-rich dashboards to accelerate troubleshooting.

🌏 APAC User Group

🌟 MVP Spotlight: Kyle Hartigan

Kyle’s live demo dove into event-driven automation using LogicMonitor, N8N, and AWS Systems Manager (SSM), offering practical, copy-ready workflows that APAC attendees found immediately valuable.

Session Highlights

⭐ Automation-First Mindset - attendees discussed:

  • Remediation automation
  • Enrichment workflows
  • Multi-system orchestration
  • Governance patterns (tagging, SDTs, opt-in/opt-out models)

⭐ Kyle’s AWS Automation Demo

EC2 Recovery Workflow
LM → N8N → AWS SSM for diagnostics + remediation
Disk Cleanup Automation
Automated cleanup triggered by disk-space alerts, with built-in agent checks and escalation paths.
Handling Client Variability
Kyle showed how tags, conditions, and LM’s AI insights prevent automation “flapping.”

🌎 AMER | Catchpoint AMA

A Deep Dive Into LM + Catchpoint

This AMA featured some of the most engaging Q&A of the quarter. Attendees came prepared with forward-thinking questions about how LogicMonitor and Catchpoint will work together, what the roadmap looks like, and how these capabilities can supercharge observability.

⭐ Community Callout: Outstanding Questions!

The questions during this AMA were so thoughtful and wide-ranging that we compiled all Catchpoint-related questions into a dedicated FAQ blog for easy reference and ongoing learning.
