Our June virtual user group session brought together a smaller, conversational group of LogicMonitor users across industries, creating space for rich peer sharing around alerting strategies, dashboard customization, and roadmap interests. The session featured informal discussion, user-driven knowledge exchange, and a look ahead at monitoring needs across hybrid environments.
A common theme was alert fatigue, with users exchanging ideas for reducing noise through better threshold tuning and refined escalation chains. Several participants highlighted the value of dynamic thresholds and group-level alert rules. Dashboard customization was another focus area, including strategies for balancing executive summaries with technical diagnostics and streamlining onboarding through dashboard cloning.
Attendees also expressed strong interest in the LM Envision roadmap, particularly around automation for root cause analysis and integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow. Hybrid monitoring challenges were discussed as well, especially around collector placement in complex or segmented networks, and MSPs shared how they use reporting to clarify usage for clients.
