Starting June 1, you can join hands-on, practical training sessions taught by expert instructors. These full-day courses run from 9 AM to 4 PM in your region’s time zone—that’s US Central for AMER, London for EMEA, and alternating Sydney/Singapore for APAC.

Deploy, Configure, and Manage LM Envision (DCM)
Two-day course for those administering or configuring the LM Envision platform. Covers architecture, collectors, LogicModules, alerting, dashboards, reports, user roles, and permissions. Includes hands-on labs using a provided LM Envision environment.

Observability User Training (OUT)
One-day course providing a guided overview of LM Envision features through demos and hands-on activities. Ideal for users looking to support their unique roles using LM Envision.

🔧 Requires read-only access and the ability to create dashboards and reports
Advanced Incident Management (AIM)
Two-day workshop applying ITIL-based methods to detect, investigate, prioritize, and escalate incidents. Features real-world examples and actual incidents from the participant’s portal.
