Re: 4 areas as process quick wins I like that list, but I’d also like to add a need for valuable ROI data that we can present to customers that explicitly give you an outline of how LM actually aligns with a customer’s business objectives, for example: How much time/resources/cost you save by implementing LM?Eg. Reduction of alerts = savings of x Alert suppression using AIOps resulting in savings on cost/time/resources Alerts generated into Ticketing integrations (eg. ServiceNow ITSM, Freshdesk, Connectwise) and show of reductions (if any) and how much they save? Ultimately, all of this ROI data, can be used in all facets of our customer interactions: QBRs, EBRs, Technical Reviews, VO discussions. All of this data can then be turned into learnings that we can then use across all of our other ENT + MSPs and heavily leans into land and expand opportunities. Re: Introduce Yourself!
