SQL Server Connection Status critical alert

One of the servers added to Logic Monitor has a SQL Server Connection Status critical alert. SQL Server troubleshooter saying it's Read timed out related. How do i troubleshoot this? Permissions are ...

WMI permissions are correct and everything WMI related is being collected in Logic Monitor. it's the SQL Connection that has critical alert. I am able to connect to the SQL Server itself but the Logic Monitor can't. I don't see any SQL or system log errors that would indicate the cause.
