EmployeeHey everyone, it’s great to meet all of you! My name is Alec and I’m a Senior Customer Success Manager based out of Austin! I am coming up on my two year mark in June. I previously worked at another company that used LM which eventually led me to the monitoring space. When I moved over to LM I had no doubts I was at the right place. I love the usability and ease of use of the product, the driven yet fun culture, and how we’re very community driven - as in, one of our greatest passions is interacting with our customers and learning how we can be better.
A fun fact for everyone: I have a 3 year old Goldendoodle named Waffles (Dog Tax below).
