Introduce Yourself!

Hello everyone! My name is David Medina and I am the Head of Global Support @ LM. I have been here for about 8.5 years now, so probably have talked to quite a few of you already via Support or Pro Services calls throughout the years! 

I love providing outstanding support to our customers and it has been a passion of mine to drive quality in support for the last 8+ years here. If you have any suggestions on how to improve that experience I welcome all feedback. I unfortunately don’t have a jeep either, but I got a pretty sweet action figure collection so feel free to ask me about that anytime too!
