UIv4 unable to use Global Definition button to view datasource from Resources tree

In UIv3 when you select a datasource/instance associated with a resource, there is a button you can click to jump to the datasource (edit global definition).

In UIv4 this has been replaced with a “Global Definition” button which you can click from a dropdown if a datasource/instance is selected. When I try and click on that button however, I get sent to the below URL which brings me to the Datasources tab of the Settings page as expected, but with no datasource selected.
