UIv4 - Alerts tab on Resources page does not show alert count

In UIv3, the Alerts tab on the Resources page would show the total number of alerts active for a resource or group when selected. This lets you easily see a count of how many alerts are active for a given resource or group.

InUIv4, there is no count included in the Alerts tab of the Resources page. You can still see how many alerts are active if you look at the very bottom under “All Results Shown”, but this is not as intuitive.
