I figured it would be easier to put this all in one post. First - thanks for all the feedback! It’s always appreciated as we’re continuously trying to improve the V4 experience.
Here’s the current status/follow up on the posted items:
- For the javascript console errors - can you submit a support ticket for this? We’ll need additional information to resolve this issue since I’m not able to reproduce this in our internal environments.
- I see what you mean about not indicating whether a Collector Group is auto-balanced in the Add Resource workflow. I’ve created a ticket for this issue.
- We have a ticket around the “Are you sure” modal when you’ve made no changes - I don’t have a timeline of when this will be complete, but we are aware of that issue.
- Is the magnifying glass causing an issue with selecting a device? We made some updates to the tree where you can now click anywhere on the line to select a device but curious to know if there’s something else that’s happening here with the magnifying glass.
- We recently fixed an issue about not having the instance name on the alert tuning tab so that will help with some of the confusion.This will be available in a future release.
- As for the other issue around the counts being wrong - I’m not able to replicate that issue. Can you submit a support ticket for this so we can figure out what’s happening there?
- Same thing for the error stack issue - please submit a support ticket for this issue. We’ll also need some additional information like what steps had you taken prior to the issue.
