Are Product even here?

Seems to me that some folks just want confirmation that they aren’t posting into a void… getting any sort of response and acknowledgement for feedback is always a good way to go

Product is definitely here! My apologies on any of the lack of responses here. I’d be interested in hoping on a quick call with you to 1) see how we can improve this process 2) make sure we’re addressing any concerns you have with the new UI.

I want to apologize for the lack of outbound comms from myself and the team. UIv4 is a very large boulder that we’ve been trying to move at the same time that we set up this community and other connected tools We’ve received thousands of pieces of feedback since the beta release, and are working diligently to tackle down that list.

That being said, we are working on feedback tickets every day, and we are actively meeting with our Ops team and LM Community leaders to expose the progress of those tickets in a more elegant way.

Would it be alright if I coordinated some time with y’all to talk through some of your feedback, our feedback loop, and what we’re doing about all of it?

@pgordon - that’s it exactly.  There is so much feedback being provided here, it would be good to see it tabulated and progress posted.

I’m imagining a table (JQL query result) containing:

• Jira ticket number
• Issue Raised By
• Subject
• Severity (Blocker/Critical/Major/Minor/Trivial)
• Fixed In (e.g. v193)
• Component (UI Implementation/UI Framework/Database/Data Model/API etc.)
• Status (Rejected / In Progress / Ready for Test / Closed Fixed)

FYI, feedback no longer goes through Jira. It goes through ProductBoard, which isn’t as clear on tracking numbers or permalinks. 

@David Bond @Stuart Weenig the Product team is here!  We do understand the need to show progress in the forums and this is something we are working on.  The community has a feature for submitting Ideas and tracking status, but the OOTB feature is very manual, and requires some back end development to automate.   Stay tuned!  In the mean time if you have a question that you are waiting on an answer for, you can always ping me or flag the post and I will follow up. 

How about an answer to this from Product? It was even part of the AMA, which i guess doesn’t necessarily include answers, only asking.

@Stuart Weenig I am working with the product team to get answers on all the outstanding question in Summer Launch, hoping to get the posted this week!
