    you should be able to find some of these in the module Exchange, through community provided modules. Here are some of the origin locator codes:

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the link to the blog no longer exists so not sure how this gets setup. Is it possible for you to export the module as xml so I can import it? Obviously if there is any sensitive information then I will understand if you cannot.
