Looks like the statuspage.io datasource could be used as a template using https://api.status.salesforce.com/v1/instances/status as the data feed.
If you wouldn't mind taking a look at that JSON to see if it contains what you're looking for, I can probably shoehorn it into a DS at some point over the next few days.
