Is anyone else using Edwin AI?

How do you handle the fact that alerts coming out of SDT are not having ServiceNow Incidents created for them? Any work around ideas put there?

    Hi Barb! Thanks for reaching out. From a product perspective, we are currently working to see how we can get more granular SDT information so that we know when to create an Incident within ServiceNow.
