What Additional Topics, Groups or Categories would you like to see?

Great feedback from everyone!  We are gathering all the info for review.  

Re: Categories and Sub Categories, we are working on these now, but something to consider is, how best to gather specific conversations together, while having separation is good, many conversations cross over multiple products so we need to consider how best to categorize without having the same conversations types in multiple areas, which could make it harder to find your answers, or even know where to post. 

Re: Profile Section, we a fairly limited to customizations in this area, there is a tag cloud, if you click on a tag it will bring up other conversations with that tag, it will also offer recommended tags as you are adding tags to posts.  Tagging is so key, so please don’t be shy about tagging! From your profile, you can follow other members and get notifications when they post.

Re: Groups, here’s some info I provided on another post. We definitely want to include more groups, but again we need to have a balance, what discussions happen in groups vs forums and how does a user determine where to go for answers?
